Drum Dancing opens Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition Conference
Participants at the Recognition of Prior Learning conference in Iqaluit were treated to a beautiful opening performance by well-known Iqaluit artist and performer Matthew Nuqingaq. The conference, which runs until January 21, is being held to share the lessons learned from the three-year Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition Project.
